• Rights to final deliverables (website, logo, etc.) are transferred to the client upon full payment
• Yevhenii Vasyliuk retains the right to showcase completed work in their portfolio (unless agreed otherwise)

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question
• We are not responsible for Site interruptions caused by external factors (hosting provider, network)

7. Pricing & Payments

• Prices shown on the Site are indicative and may vary based on project complexity
• Any signed quote is binding for both parties
• A 100% post-completion payment option may be offered on a case-by-case basis
• Payments are processed securely

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis
• Source files will be provided to the client upon request, after payment of outstanding fees

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada's federal laws. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Montreal region (Quebec), unless a prior amicable agreement is reached.
